"I went to Arnhem after visiting Amsterdam, The Hague and Delft. I needed to go there to see the John Frost Bridge (made famous in the 1977 movie, "A Bridge Too Far"). I was happy to see this hotel was across from the train station and less than one mile from the bridge. Lots of food choices and shops close by. One of the more unique hotels. Award winning bathroom on the 5th Floor!! Great people, nice rooms and an amazing breakfast. Ask to see the bathroom on the 5th Floor--it's award winning."

"My tour group srated here for 2 nights, October 6&7, 2023. Thus is an amazing hotel. Staff go above and beyond to ensure tfeir guests needs are seen to. When we could not get a reservation for dinner at the hotel's restaurant, they called 6 different restaurants for us, and we eventually got reservations at the Schoonard - great choice. The onsite bar was well stocked with lots of choice. I'd last stayed here in October 2010 and was pleased to see the hotel still had the excelkent service i remembered. My only complaint is i found the tub a bit too high to step in and out of confortably. Would have preferred a walk in shower."

"The room was nice and the place is a boutique hotel. They left a lot of dishes and such each day in our room. Even though the bed was made. It appeared they just made the bed. No sweeping and no removal of dirty dishes. "
