"Agradezco la enorme amabilidad de la recepcionista que me atendió antes de la llegada varias veces en inglés, era complicado por cuándo iban a llegar mi marido y mi hijo, y en todo momento todo fueron facilidades y mucha amabilidad. La habitación espaciosa y limpia, y el desayuno muy variado y muy bien. Muchas gracias!"

"Çalışanlar cana yakın , oda temiz , mutfak kokusu 3. Katta kaldıgım icin bana gelmiyordu fakat 2. Kata indiginizde kötü kokuyu hissediyorsunuz , ortak tuvalet ve banyo temizdi. Ödediginiz fiyata göre gayet kalınabilir bir yer. Bahçesi ve restaurant gayet güzeldi."

"A unique property with its own fascinating, and sometimes dark, history. The design of the building is strikingly elegant. For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was made to feel at home. P.S. Do not scrimp on the breakfast buffet."

"Location suitable for the purpose of our trip. Breakfast at sister hotel was good. We did not feel our room represented value for money. The people in room number 2 paid a similar amount but had more spacious accommodation. On the second night our key cards did not work (and no, we hadn't kept them near to a phone) We were unable to access our room and the so called 24 hour help number went to voicemail. Essentially there was no help, despite the best efforts of German police who were on duty...
