"Cold breakfast but a large selection of cerial yogurt.tea/coffe bread cold meats anx cheese and fruits. Check in is 2pm because there its NO staff ar frknt desk... so if you get there early you can't leave your bag in storage and go exploring.. si me and the other big group that arrived in the dashed train had to go to the pub next door have lunch... then they wanted to go to the pub accross the road.. but 3 5hrs is a king time to wait..... very close to station which is handy. "

"Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Alles war so wie beschrieben bzw. auf den Fotos zu sehen. Das Einchecken war nicht so einfach, was aber nicht an den netten Vermietern lag. Die Plattform fewo-direkt hat uns weder eine Telefonnummer der Vermieter, noch die Hausnummer in der Straße mitgeteilt, so dass es etwas länger dauerte, bis wir das Haus hinter der Einfahrt zwischen zwei gelben Häusern gefunden hatten. Die Vermieterin war auch ganz perplex, als ich ihr den Mailausdruck mit den unzureichenden Hinweisen zeigte.Wir waren ihr ganz dankbar für ihre Hilfe bei dem Problem mit dem Internetzugang. Vielen Dank für alles, auch für die Überraschung im Kühlschrank. Das besondere Highlight war der Balkon mit einer beeindruckenden Aussicht auf den Rhein.Wir können die Wohnung und die Vermieter wirklich empfehlen!!!"

"At reception, I am told there is no parking space available, after long argumentation and mention that I chosed that hotel because a parking was available and when I booked months ahead I requested a parking space, after giving the receptionist a 5 euro tip, than a free space became available. I was given a handicap room at level 0, there was no fridge, no coffee maker and the room was dusty. Really not a good value for 171 euros."

"It's a bit silly that a hotel opened in the past 24months or so, doesn't have USB charging facilities in the rooms. Staff were great though. "

"The breakfast is exceptional, every thing to suit all tastes. Had an evening meal, however the evening we ate they had a limited menu. However everyone enjoyed their meal, attention to detail and staff amazing."

"The breakfast was very good. The room was great, lucky to have a river view. The view from the terrace while having a drink and from the restaurant was very nice. The sauna was great, on from a little after 16.00 I would have loved a kettle in the room and the menu wasn’t extensive and as a carnivore generally had the veggie option which happened to be very tasty.
