"I was checking in near midnight and was definitely tired. Lugging 2 suitcases i went to my designated room after queuing up to check in. Only to find that the key doesn't work and i even heard someone coughing inside the room. I had to go back to the reception with my 2 luggages and the staff realised he wrote the wrong room number. He apologised but it was just the wrong time for this mistake...... Other than that, location is great coz i was there just for 2 nights and out was easy to access the trains to spend a Sunday in Mainz and Frankfurt city"

"Wi-Fi was very easy to access. The staff was very accomodating, as there was at least one person who spoke English and was able to answer out questions. Breakfast was delicious, and had a wide variety of both classic breakfast items and international cuisine to choose from. "

"Not a proper airport hotel. 1. Before arriving I received two text messages and eventually a call via whatsapp to inquire about my arrival time. When I finally got there I understood why. The hotel is tiny. Rooms dont have numvers they are called ruby, gold and platinum. And the receptionist was planning his evening. 2. It is normal to chitchat during checkin. It is decidedly not normal that your checkin comes to a grinding halt because the receptionist decides to share their life story without working towards checking you in. 3. Next, the different floors have different wifi passwords. Which are sent to you via the internet. That works if you have access and dont need wifi. 4. The room was an oven. I was there beginning of March and the temp was 23 Celsius/75 Fahrenheit at least. impossible to sleep. And no way to change it, or a receptionist to fix it (see 1) either. 5. The shower was cold and stayed that way with short outbursts of cooking water. Great way to avoid that guests take long showers. "
