"The staff were friendly. The hotel is conveniently located."

"We loved all of the amenities of this hotel. There is a room with two massage chairs for guests to use, of course the onsen which was lovely. They offer free ice cream or popsicles in the afternoon. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Good location. An easy walk to the castles and restaurants."

"The location was great, rooms were clean and spacious, and the price was right."

"Close to everything!"

"Wonderful place to stay! Very kind staff, convenient location and cozy, quiet place. The only downside was no cooking equipment for the room and the walls were very thin, so you hear noise pretty easily from inside the building. "

"Clean, quick check in, big enough rooms and good breakfast buffet."

"A very good hotel"

"Close to Dogo onsen"

"nice old style large ryokan hotel. different baths and outdoor pools. very helpful personel. the buffet style food was ok, don't expect too much from the sushi. located nicely within walking distance from station."

"The location of the hotel was close to Matsuyama City Sta and convenient to move around! Also, the front desk and other staff were polite (and friendly in the Japanese way). Based on the price, I was satisfied to stay here! "

"It was a charming and old establishment. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. We came for Dogo Onsen and the hotel served our purposes."
