Our car developed a fault while visiting the site of Noah's Ark so we have to stay another night, the staff have been very helpful in many ways, food is good, nice room, enjoyable stay

Clean room. Professional & courteous staff. Nice off-street parking. Decent breakfast. Room could use an additional lighting or two. Very slow wi-fi was the only real minus, but a big one, as the entire city area did not seem to have a great cellular coverage, either.

The curtains are useless and the room remains very bright during the night. I found the pillows very uncomfortable (they are very thick). I found the room very hot and the heater couldn't be turned off. No table or desk where to sit comfortably with the laptop. The staff is very helpful. Very good location. Easy to find and to park.

Good option on highway and near bus statio

Stayed only one night during transit. Smooth check-in. Friendly helpful staff. Nice clean room at front of building facing highway. Some road noise with window open but good sound proofing when closed. Good view of Mt Ararat from top floor terrace. Drinks available from front terrace. Nice shower. Bed was a bit hard. Good breakfast. Dolmuş available to town and palace, both of which are interesting. 10-15 min walk to bus station. Good value for money.

Hotel not as advertised

Advertised as having a view of Mount Ararat from the room. This was untrue. Also advertised as having a restaurant. This was also untrue, but they had breakfast. No restaurant within walking distance so had to buy snacks from a garage.

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt, ist aber durch regelmäßig verkehrende Minibusse gut und günstig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich. Insgesamt ein guter Standort um z.B. das Ishak Pasha Serail zu besuchen. Für Reisende mit eigenem Fahrzeug perfekt. Viele Grüße an den netten Hotelchef. Andreas aus Deutschland

It was great…. Easy to find, secure parking… and such a helpfull family. When the motorcycle failed to start in the morning Dad and staff rallied around, tow strted me down the street and tesolved the issue. Thakyou so much!

We were happy with our stay here. The room/bathroom were very clean & the shower had hot water with good pressure. Although the duvet felt thin, it kept us warm. Wifi was not strong in the room (we'd read a previous review about this so we hadn't expected wifi) but was strong in the halls & reception (which has comfortable seating). Staff were helpful. Close to the bus station & easy to get into town for food/transport to palace.

Gut. Für den Preis schon erheblich bessere Zimmer

Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit eigenem Auto sehr gut gelegen. Parkplatz auf Hotelgelände. Standardzimmer ausreichend groß. Zimmer war frisch gestrichen. Bad brauchte aber eine Überholung. Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig, insbesondere der Toilette. Fernverkehrsstraße sehr laut! Keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator. Frühstück ausreichend.
