We had a fabulous stay in the WA West Bay. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and kept that way every day by the staff. The beds were very comfy. The staff are lovely, very courteous and helpful. The food was very nice too. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Excellent service from the start, I was extremely impressed. I have previously stayed at the Ritz Carlton and Raffles, and I must say from a service perspective, this tops them all. The room sizes are very spacious and beds are really comfortable. Location is fantastic, walking distance to the mall and beach club. Concierge service was amazing, especially Jeff who went above and beyond to help guide and advise us. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back again soon.

The staff were brilliant here. Organised a surprise for my mother in law’s birthday and kept in touch with me to make sure it went smoothly. The reception staff were brilliant at check in. The cleaning staff were so lovely too and made a very nice towel flower for my daughter. The spa was so relaxing too and the breakfast was delicious. Only thing i’d say at breakfast is that sometimes the staff would forget your order/bring out the wrong thing but they did try to fix it most times. Thank you so much and can’t wait to come back

Service was of the high standard expected of a Waldorf Astoria. We upgraded to a suite but the closet had a moldy odor. The carpet made the room smell a little stuffy. But the staff really displayed exceptional hospitality.
