"We liked the room about a 10 minute walk to the city centre.Not much around the hotel no restaurants.No tea or coffee making facilities.When I asked about it the lady asked me for my room number so she could charge me.Kettle would be handy in the room.The ski jump is about a 30 minute walk away.The fernicular is being repaired at this moment so a lot of steps to get to the top.A 50%discount is being offered.Innsbruck is worth a visit surrounded by mountains and blossums everywhere."

The sofa bed was possibly the least comfortable "bed" we have ever slept on, they should provide a light mattress to use over it as it's like sleeping on a wooden table. "Beautiful older hotel- very well kept. Great view of the mountains from our balcony. Sat there relaxing enjoying a beer! Staff and breakfast were wonderful. Close walk to train station and Zugspitze Bahn. Has a pool sauna and steam room but we just stayed 2 nights so no time to use them but they looked excellent. We plan to come back next year and stay longer. We highly recommend Wittelsbacher Hof"

"The property is in a rural like setting yet is only minutes away from Partenkirchen. There is a beautiful lake to sit outside and enjoy as well as a walking path around the lake. The breakfast and dinner buffets were huge and had so many choices to eat. The food was very good. There are several lounge areas both inside and outside to sit around and relax. Parking onsite. I would stay here again! "
