"After booking we used the Expedia message function to contact the host. The host never got back with any check in instructions. We also sent them a text message and got no response. We ended up standing in front of the property for 1 1/2 hours and spending 75 minutes on the phone with VRBO support. We eventually gave up and requested the booking to be canceled and booked a regular hotel instead."

We got a different apartment from the one we chose. And the aircon is in the living room, not the bedroom. Really recommend this, we will be visiting again 10/10"
