"The hospitality of the entire staff really stands out. The kids also really enjoyed the quest to find staff members from all over the world. All the restaurants were excellent, rooms clean and the pool and beach were well maintained and lots of fun. "

"Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. We did notify the senior hotel staff members but in the end, it didn't appear things changed with the waitress. She made excuses that it was due to the larger reserved area for a party taking up all of her time. We did notify the supervisor to let him know she needed help but it appeared that didn't happen and we were just offered free drinks from the bar but we declined because we don't drink alcohol. "

"Staff friendly. Hotel clean. Only draw back is beach staff for water sports and rental. Very rude and arrogant. Not the type that make you want to do any booking or activity with them "

"The apartment is lovely. It is new, clean and comfortable. There is a pool which is an added plus. It is in a quiet corner of West Bay near the famous Calypso Grill (walking distance). The ocean view is not 7 mile beach. The apartment is around 7 minutes drive from Governors Beach and Cemetery Beach on the marina side of the water. I recommend a rental car. Parking is extremely easy with an assigned spot. The host was excellent with communication and I always love when you can access rental via a code and not having to meet for a key. Great stay! Thank you. "

"The condo was perfect for our family’s vacation. The beach had tons of stuff to do from the water trampoline and paddle boards for the older kids to kiddie pool and toys for the little ones. Alfonso and his team were the most service oriented managers/helpers we’ve ever come across on vacation. Would highly recommend!"

"Everything you could ask for. Beachfront, heated pool, jacuzzi and plenty of sun cover. My family of 4 had a great week. Did the stingrays, starfish, turtle center, bio bay and the sunset boat ride to Solis restaurant where we saw the most amazing stars. We will definitely be back! "

"We stayed on the end condo on the ground floor. It was very clean and well stocked with comfy furnishings and amazing views! Claudette was so kind and helpful in the office along with the other girl. We sat in the screened in porch and watched the ocean and was able to snorkel right outside our condo. We will certainly stay again! The only minor negative was that the West end is pretty far away from restaurants and shopping so we took the public bus for those things. "
