"Excellent location. Room was nice and comfortable.
One issue - the wash basin in the bath room did not drain well and there was blockage. As a result there was some smell coming off the bathroom.
Shower door did not close well - as a result there was water leakage"

"I try to write fair, detailed reviews as I rely on them myself when choosing properties. Mountbatten appealed to me for its heritage positioning and proximity to Kandy’s historical centre, and in many ways it delivered.
Location & Atmosphere – 5★
The setting is exceptional: tranquil, elevated, surrounded by greenery, and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool is stunning and the staff are very mindful of guests seeking quiet. It genuinely feels peaceful.
