Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating — it truly made a difference in our experience. "Lovely, quiet place. No luxurious but comfortable. In the heart of Knowlton with shops and restaurants close by and a fabulous bookstore. The only downside for some travelers is the absence of an elevator as the hotel is on the 2nd floor, 1st floor if floor designated in the continental manner, so a flight of stairs."

"Great location - sparkling clean - hot tub was appreciated after a day of cycling! Took a while to find the entrance (it's at the back of 871 up a flight of outdoor stairs or go inside to use the elevator). Space exactly as described - note: 3rd bedroom is a mattress in an alcove space."
