"We had a great 2 weeks holiday at this property. The accommodation was airy and spacious. The pool was lovely with no restrictions on when we could use it. The house is right on a flat cycle path on which you can cycle for miles, perfect for all ages and abilities. Louvigne-du-Desert has a couple of bars to visit and eateries. "Ideal location for us as we lived in the village before returning to live in UK. Met many of our French and English friends and vsited our favourite places."

"A lovely place to stay. We were on a trip to Bergerac and this was a one night stop so we didn't reallyhave a chance to experience the pool/spa, but the outside sitting areas were nice and being able to get wine and beer was really nice after a long drive. The hosts are every attentive, and although we can't speak french very well and their english was limited Google translate saved the day, especially at meal time when we sat with Celine and her family"

"This is a very pleasant hotel where we have stayed before. However rooms are not large and bathrooms are on the small side. Service varies from very charming to quite sullen. The restaurant maintains a high standard with a diverse menu, although the selection does not vary much day by day."

"It was difficult to find from the map given. We went to the wrong place initially. The restaurant was fully booked so we were told to go back to town and look. Front desk staff was not very welcoming. No stores nearby. Therapy pool was modern and enjoyable with many water jet features. Location in a wooded area was beautiful and relaxing. Rooms were clean and well equipped."

"This was a last minute booking but the owners responded almost immediately, great response. I receive a warm welcome from the owners, Very friendly. The cottage has everything you could ask for. It's on a farm location with views and animals on the doorstep. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge with wood burner and french and english tv, I will be rebooking to take to family on our next visit."

"Charming spot is as described, stone house with a brook running behind. Stayed in early March so the house had to be heated by the wood stove fairly constantly. Some wood was provided but we had to go up the hill to fill a wheelbarrow for another load. Internet access was sketchy at times. A weak signal. The source is up a steep hill in the host’s house and we only had 1 bar on our phones at best. One night we had a power outage. The host was not on the property to address the problem. The...
