at the hotel was overall great! The staff and service were excellent. The food at the restaurants and staff were excellent EXCEPT the buffet. The food was cold and not tasteful. The rooms and bathrooms needs upgrading as the bathroom faucet leaks and looked rustic! Some room furniture are outdated and damaged! My overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend and return! "

"Food buffets were excellent and we felt like there was variety each day. The pizzeria was an unexpected surprise, freshly baked in a hearth oven best I've had in years. Beaches and pools were enjoyable, especially the activities in the plaza, the infinity pool. Crepe bar was very good. Many activities all day. Friendly staff and guests. Weather was great.

"Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. There conveniently was beer and wine for sale. Pools were well kept and clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem. I hope to return.
