Our Lake House offers 3 bedrooms, 2/1/2 baths, on Lake Seminole at Fish pond drain. Five minutes to the Seminole State Park w wide boat ramps. Short ride by boat or car to Spring Creek and Big Jim's Restaurant.
Enjoy the sunset from the Covered Dock equipped with two boat slips and a lift or sit on the wrap around screen porch and enjoy the breeze after a day on the water.

Check out Instructions: Remove sheets and blankets from beds used. Leave mattress pads on beds. Place used towels and bedding in laundry room.
LOUD MUSIC PROHIBITED AFTER 9PM. Place trash in outside container and to street on WED, TRASH DAY THURSDAYS. NO Cookers/grills on screen porch.
Please remove all dishes from sink and place in dishwasher day of checkout. Turn off all lights and fans at time of departure.
