Was mentioned to front desk but no cooling for two nights of my stay. Heating was turned on but the cooling icon did not turn on. Beds comfortable though white would be better than cream doona covers. Very clean. Great breakfast with efficient staff. Another large hotel let down by not having cooling turned...

"Hotel location is in a nice area of Vienna. Quiet but with some lovely coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel itself had an interesting dinner menu and the food is very tasty - it’s a popular restaurant so would recommend booking ahead of time. Hotel room was of a decent size and relatively clean. Hotel reception staff were friendly. My one complaint is that the bath in my room did not drain properly and there was no bath mat so it was very slippery...
