"Very functional, efficient and comfortable hotel located above a hypermarket, parking was abundant and there was a good cafe just across the carpark. It’s also a short walk from Old Town."

"The breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious. The staff, Bridgette, was phenomenal- she made custom eggs and cooked bacon fresh, helped us secure a taxi to the airport, and was generally so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel managed to get us two connecting rooms, one with a larger bed that fit two adults with the five year olds in between. Access after the front desk closed was straightforward and easy with directions sent via email. We wished we could have stayed longer than one night!"

"The room was unclean, old carpet and rugs with stains. Floor creaky. No desk or chair to work on in the room/suite so there is no place to sit and use your laptop. Furniture and decoration looks like it was sourced from the flea market. Wifi drops out irregularly."

"Thomas was very good at responding quickly and gave good directions to the apartment. The bed was comfortable The kitchen had an oven and a stovetop with a bonus of a fancy coffee machine with lots of cream & sugar. The shower had great pressure and was very clean. The apartment was very close to all the amenities and beautiful parks. This is out of the owners control but the tenant upstairs was very heavy on his feet. We called him stomping Tom. Thankfully, it was only for a couple of hours."

"The JUFA hotel is very convenient for access into Nördlingen Aldstat. Evening meal was a buffet affair that had to be prebooked, with attendance best not left much after 6.00 PM start. There are good other eating-out options close by. Parking is easy on site, in a quiet and seemingly safe location. Sadly, my room key safe didn’t work, and the bathroom tiles, loo and shower could benefit from a makeover. But otherwise the hotel was just right for my 2-night stay. Staff were most friendly and obliging.👍👍"
