Vivian at the front desk was always helpful and friendly, Son on the concierge desk is a wealth of knowledge for any recommendations you may need. "We had such a lovely stay at Da Nang Mikazuki Resort and would absolutely recommend it, especially for families travelling with kids. Even before we arrived, Ms. Vy from concierge was already assisting us with everything, she went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was always quick to respond, so warm and thoughtful, and constantly made sure we were comfortable. All the staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. We stayed in the Executive Suite - it was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. What really stood out was how family-friendly the resort is. They had baby items ready in our room, including a baby bath, kids toilet seat, and other essentials, which made settling in so easy. The water park was a huge highlight for our family. Our daughters absolutely loved it and could’ve spent the entire trip there. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic, so much variety, with plenty of authentic Vietnamese dishes. The selection changed daily, and everything we tried was delicious. The resort itself is beautifully maintained and has a very welcoming feel. If you’re heading to Da Nang with young kids, this is definitely a place to consider. We’d happily stay here again."

"This is our 3rd stay at the property. Great location. Staff are amazing - My at guest relations is the best! Huynh, Phuong, Nhi and Tuyet are always friendly and helpful - even remember how I like my steaks and eggs for breakfast after first day! Chef Phuc and Huy are great - waking up at 6:30am for their breakfast buffet is truly a treat. And so many members of the team that I don’t have space to acknowledge. This is a special place where I want to keep coming back and stay longer each time."
