Very nice place close to the airport. No elevator and if you have luggage there is no help to go to the second floor. The place is very nice

8.8/10 Excellent! (8,040 reviews)
We spent 2 nights, very good location, staff were friendly. Our room was very small, bathroom was clean but the toilet did not work properly, overflowed so we had to turn water off, taps in the sink were old & needed repairs, laminate floor was lifting in bedroom, Air conditioning was very noisy.
The lobby or common area was very useful, we were able to socialize with our friends.

This hotel location is right near Times Square and Broadway. It is super clean and the room comfortable. We had the breakfast buffet every morning that was delicious. They have such polite and friendly staff everywhere. So well organized and friendly. Should definitely stay here again!

Don't book the bungalow - Complicated staff
"The bungalow is great but the staff is absolutely terrible. > Check-in We could not find the staff at the reception. She was sleeping not far from the reception. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not ..."
