Overall is good- friendly staff, good service, big & clean room. Though not inconvenience as limited amenities, however there are buses and tram access to sightsee & city areas.

The overall hotel was alright. Though the cleaning staff did NOT take out the trash before I arrived (there was already rubbish in the bin when I entered) and previous occupant’s hair was found in multiple places. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was ok, offered both western (toast and hash browns) ...

Renaissance Suzhou Taihu Lake Hotel
老实说有点失望，可能是旅游景区的酒店缘故。房间并没有很干净，有苍蝇，阳台的门锁是坏的，锁不上。Checkin的时候没有提示是否需要洗漱用品，进出大厅服务员就是看你几眼，没有礼貌性问候。早餐种类还可以，但是服务员又是一种‘金口难开’的态度。 总体来讲，细节还需要提高很多。
