Villa房型隔音很好，環境安靜舒適，可以借腳踏車騎到羅東夜市很方便，還有親子腳踏車真的很棒！旁邊有水池可以餵魚，小孩餵魚餵的非常開心。房間硬體略老舊，但不影響使用。床是乳膠床非常好睡，有支撐性且軟硬適中，全家都很喜歡。
