Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff."

"We arrived late at night in the dark, and woke to quiet, and serene heaven. The hotel is gorgeous, the breakfast is a lovely experience, and the location is wonderful. The spa experience was great both technically, we enjoyed hammam and reflexology from skilled therapists, as well as service wise. The staff made it an exceptional experience. The spa manager was very accommodating and moved therapists around so we could enjoy services during our short stay. We were there when it was very hot, and the air conditioning couldn't quite keep up with the heat, and the management supplied fans, and even moved us to a different room to help manage the heat."
