Great Place - Check-In was Difficult

The place was just as shown on pics. The only biggest issue and complaint we had was confirming our payment through VRBO. It took at least 5 phone calls before we could get this reservation confirmed. The first VRBO person said they would call me right back and never followed through. The 2nd VRBO person did call me back a day later. We were surprised that this was such a big issue that seemed so easy to resolve. The confirmation process stressed us out and we will need to rethink about using VRBO again.
