Enjoy the ambiance of staying in this studio condo located on the 4th floor of the Roseberry Building overlooking the Plaza, Clearwater Coffee, and The Village Market. This new Mountain Modern design will not disappoint, featuring a King Sized Bed and Queen Sleeper Sofa, accommodating up to 4 guests.

With a full-sized kitchen and appliances, you will easily have the comfort of home. Guest will enjoy a small Patio, Free Wi-Fi, and Cable TV. Guests will have access to the temperature controlled underground parking garage. This condo is only a few short steps away from the base of the ski hill.
