On arrival, don’t follow map directions from app: they took us to train station (Casale Etrusco, to use name of establishment, is located at beginning of Via della Badia, just north of Donoratico, at km 266.15 on Vecchia Aurelia). No response on mobile number provided. Apartment clean but could be freshened up. Good wardrobe space in main bedroom. Beds reasonably comfortable and quality linen and towels, with complete clean set after 5 days. Kitchen...

"Die Villa Emilia liegt auf einem grossen, umzäunten Grundstück. Jetzt im Winter waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Direkter Zugang zum langem Strand. Um diese Jahreszeit menschenleer. Das Appartement konnte gut geheizt werden. Es war gross genug für 6Erw. Küche sehr klein, aber genügend Geschirr. Der Zustand der Bäder ist schlecht (verkalkt und schmutzig). Ansonsten akzeptabel. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wiedermal im Winter in die Villa Emilia."

Casa pulita, noi siamo stati in 2 famiglie, fattibile con la condivisione dello spazio esterno , veranda in condivisione! La struttura avrebbe preso 5 stelle se installerebbero l’aria condizionata, mettessero dei materassi più morbidi. Comunque ci ritornerei!"
