Terrace of approximately 60m2 without any opposite (ideal for sunbathing in complete privacy), from where you can observe your friends or your children playing on the beach. You can enjoy long walks on the beach, swimming, fishing by foot or by line; in summer, it is possible to rent windsurfers or catamarans nearby. Many centers of interest and sites in the vicinity. Wunderbare Wohnung, traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Donville verbracht. Die Wohnung bietet mit ihrem tollen Ausblick direkt aufs Meer hervorragende Erholungsmöglichkeit. Die Terasse ist großzĂŒgig angelegt, bei gutem Wetter lĂ€sst es sich hier schön sitzen und auch die Mehlzeiten einnehmen, bei schlechterem Wetter fĂŒhlt man sich nicht eingesperrt, mit dem Panoramafenster fuehlt es sich wie "draußen" an. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kochmöglichkeiten sich gegeben, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. sehr empfehlenswert!

Sonnenuntergang pur

Wir waren nun zum 2.Mal in diesem herrlich, ĂŒber dem Meer gelegenen Haus und wieder haben wir den Blick aufs Meer in vollen ZĂŒgen genossen. Das Wetter war herrlich, Schwimmen im Meerwasserbad, das tolle kostenlose Sportprogramm am Strand, die wunderschöne Stadt Granville mit netten GeschĂ€ften, Restaurants - einfach perfekt.

Leuk huisje

Het is een leuk huisje vooral voor 2 personen, met eventueel twee kinderen. Het uitzicht is prachtig, in een rustige omgeving. Doordat het huis geheel uit gestorte ( dikke) betonmuren is internet en de wifi binnen zwak en valt regelmatig weg. Eigenaar is een hele vriendelijke man die gereed staat bij je ontvangst, en als je vertrekt ook weer aanwezig is. Matras van het bed is prima, wel maar 140 cm breed.

Phantastischer Meerblick

Meerblick und Meeresrauschen pur. Schönes HÀuschen, mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und einem phantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Schöner Stand mit Meerwasserschwimmbad, sodass man auch bei Ebbe herrlich schwimmen kann. Die NÀhe zu Granville mit seinen netten Gassen und schönen Restaurants und der Oberstadt macht die Lage des Hauses perfekt. Sehr netter, aufmerksamer Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Schöne Unterkunft am Meer

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist zwar relativ klein, hat aber zwei Schlafzimmer und vor allem einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und bietet ebenfalls einen tollen Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist gut und der Besitzer sehr freundlich. Über eine Treppe kommt man direkt zum breiten Sandstrand, Granville ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es genĂŒgend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Toller Blick auf die Bucht von Saint-Malo

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in dem Appartment verbracht. Der Blick ist wirklich wunderbar, man kann jeden Tag die Gezeiten bestaunen und den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Viele lohnenswerte Ziele sind in der Umgebung zu entdecken, zum Baden muss man nur die Stufen zum Strand hinunter gehen und ein richtig guter BĂ€cker ist fußlĂ€ufug zu erreichen. Herr Dudouit hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und weil das deutsche TV nicht lief, hat er uns eine zweite Flasche Cidre ĂŒberlassen, vielen Dank noch einmal dafĂŒr! Das Fernsehen haben wir bei dem Blick allerdings nicht vermisst. Ansonsten ist er mit Sicherheit immer ansprechbar, so wie die VorgĂ€nger dies beschrieben haben. Was allerdings wirklich gut wĂ€re, wĂ€re ein bequemes Sofa und ebensolche StĂŒhle.

Wunderschöne Lage am Meer

Das Haus, bzw. eher die Wohnung, liegt einige Meter ĂŒber dem langen Sandstrand. Der grosse Tidenhub ist alleine ein Spektakel fĂŒr sich, wenn das Wetter schön ist, geniesst man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus ist relativ klein, es gibt wenige Abstellmöglichkeiten und Stauraum. FĂŒr den Preis ist die Verarbeitung des Objekts zu schlecht.

Endroit de rĂȘve !

Petit pavillon excellement placé, bien équipé avec une vue incroyable et trÚs calme. Acces direct a la plage et promenade vers le centre de Granville en passant par les jardins Dior (trÚs joli). Et pour agrémenter le tout , notre hÎte est trÚs sympa et de bons conseils. On y retournera bien vite.
