Everything about the RiU Hotel was excellent , I love the food , the staff was always welcoming and helpful, the service was amazing , I would always recommend and use the RiU Hotel , Great service and hospitality,

The room, surrounding, beach and pool where well-kept and maintained. However there isn't much to do outside the compound as it is away from local shops and downtown. Generally friendly staff, although I did had a distasteful phone interaction with one receptionist while reporting an incident in our room, but after insisting that it has to be dealt with, management stepped in and rectified it. Overall My wife and I had a good and relaxing stay.
