"Really good value for budget hotel all new and nice"

"We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Expresses across the UK & Europe. And as expected great welcome from staff, nice quiet & very clean room, lovely pizzas from the bar staff & very good breakfast service. However, on this occasion we were shocked that we had to eat our breakfast with a yapping, loud dog that was begging its owners for food which they obliged & the animal was eating it off the floor at their table. I’m sorry to say in my opinion dogs should not be in the restaurant area of a hotel with other paying guests. It spoiled our breakfast experience, because of the noise & the acoustics of the room. Perhaps an area should be designated away from other guests. "

"Although located a little out of town the location is very pleasant and quiet. Housekeeping is very good. I rented a bike in town for my stay and there is secure parking in the garage to keep it. To bike to town is about 10 minutes; walking 25 but busses are very frequent."

"We had a problem with the first room we were assigned. Within 10 minutes they had come to check It out. When they could not fix it, they moved us to another room which was a larger room. The entire facility was clean and well kept. It was a lovely inn out in the country with easy access to the freeway. "

"We were disappointed in for the first time ever we had to pay extra for a accessible room . We had advised the staff my husband needed a walk in shower .We felt penalised because of disability . Age did reduce the price slightly but we felt it unfair "

"We were treated very well by the staff, our room was great for couples, the hotel itself looks amazing, the food was awesome, the location along the Moselle River was beautiful & serene. "
