"The host , Chris, was so very efficient in responding to my questions. The room was clean and met our needs. There isn't extra space but nice little spot outside to sit. We weren't in Snug Cove to stay indoors. Perfect quiet neighborhood, close to town. Loved it."
Romantic Ocean Forest Retreat: Cozy Comfort & Adventure on Bowen Island!

"Judith and her family have a beautiful suite that we were so lucky to stay in for our week on Bowen island. They were very accommodating and went over and above to make our stay fantastic. The covered deck was one of our favorite places to sit and enjoy the beauty all around us in the morning for coffee or in the evening while we BBQ’d or sat out and played cards. Also The bed was extremely comfortable , which always makes sleeping away from home more enjoyable. There are a steep set of stairs to climb to get to the suite but they have installed a railing to assist you if needed. There is a beach a few minutes up the hill , and many others all over the island to explore and enjoy ! Bowen Island is a treasure to have found and we will most certainly be rebooking with Judith if we get the opportunity to return."

"We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is beautiful, extremely spacious, well-equipped, and located in a fantastic area with mountain and ocean views, close to the city and nature. Taylor was very communicative and checking in and out was straightforward. I would highly recommend this property."

"Captain’s Cottage is absolutely beautiful and in a stunning location. We had a great time as we needed a comfortable place while we went to and fro from our son’s wedding on a farm on Bowen Island. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels. It was great to spend time with our granddaughter on Pebble Beach while she swam and picked blackberries. Thank you for hosting our lovely few days in Bowen. A wonderful memory"
Wildernest Mountainside Airstream Getaway

"Beautiful, clean and most of all peaceful. Gives "Glamping" a whole new meaning. It is well stocked with everything you need. Mike and Bean are great hosts and always available if needed. My husband loved the record player. The nostalgia of it took him back in time. He played it the whole time we were there. I loved the hammock and the picturesque scenery while relaxing on it. The island itself is beautiful and everyone is friendly and helpful. We did stop and picked up some items for sandwiches and snacks beforehand, not knowing exactly what would be available on the island and what time businesses would open. Be ready for a good little walk up the hills to the trailer. Make sure to bring comfortable shoes and wash cloths for the shower.It was the perfect end to our 20th Anniversary adventure."
