"Die Lage und Umgebung ist super. Der Hafen ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar und wenn man Ruhe vom Alltag braucht, ist die Wohnung perfekt. Total ruhig und eine entspannte Atmosphäre.Leider ist die Wohnung an sich in einem Zustand, der dringend überholt werden müsste. Es riecht beim Betreten schon im Flur sehr "feucht". In der Wohnung selbst herscht, dem Thermostat zu urteilen, eine extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit von bis zu 82%. (...schimmel?) Die Bettwäsche müsste dringend mal getauscht werden, die...

"Die Wohnung an sich ist ok, aber dringend renovierungsbedürftig, z.B. fleckiger Teppichboden. Unangenehmer Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Ausserdem waren etliche Spinnen in den Zimmerecken und Spinn- und Staubweben an den Decken/Wänden. Zum Teil waren die Geräte/Steckdosenleisten eingestaubt. Wir würden die Wohnung nicht weiterempfehlen."

"Wir hatten über Pfingsten gebucht. Angeblich war das ursprüngliche Ferienobjekt nicht belegbar, da es dort wohl einen Defekt gegeben hat.Wir wohnen dann ohne vorherige Absprache im gleichen Ort in ein anderes Objekt gebucht. Das Objekt war auch sehr schön. Die Ferienhausverwaltung lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die "Einweisung" in die Wohnung hat lediglich zwei bis drei Minuten gedauert. Sie machte einen sehr gestressten und unfreundlichen Eindruck.Wir hatten keine bezogenen Betten gebucht,...

"In dem Wohngebiet war eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre.Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, zum wohlfühlen und zweckmäßig. :-)Was ich blöd fand war, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig und der Garten nicht komplett eingefriedet ist.Insgesamt war es gut dort. "
