The individual houses are separated by a hedge of Tuja trees and the entire complex is protected by a rose hedge. Each terraced house has its own terrace and a lawn of varying sizes. Everything is well maintained by a gardening company and has long since grown in. The view of the dyke (500 metres away) is unobstructed. Cycle paths are available in all directions (Dornumersiel and Nessmersiel).

The house is fully clinkered, built in frieze style, has underfloor heating and, as it was built with high-quality materials, offers plenty of living quality for 4-5 people. A cot and a high chair are included in the furnishings.

Please note that there are two beds in the attic, which can only be reached via a narrow "chicken ladder".
