Welcome to our cozy holiday home on the North Sea coast – your ideal vacation retreat for relaxing days with family, friends, and your dog. This non-smoking house accommodates up to six people plus your pet and is situated in a quiet location on the street "An der Fahrrinne." Behind the house, you'll find a sheltered terrace and a private garden, perfect for relaxing and unwinding on sunny days. The living area is bright and welcoming, and the comfortable sofa was replaced in 2021, ensuring a high level of comfort.

The holiday home boasts a particularly attractive location: the beach, shops, restaurants, and the harbor are all within easy walking distance. The beach and village shop are about a 12-minute walk away, the free seawater swimming pool is just five minutes away, and the popular fish and chips shop at the harbor is about a 14-minute walk. The Wadden Sea National Park and excursions to the North Sea islands are also easily planned from here.

Inside, you'll find a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen counter with bar stools or the dining table are perfect for enjoying meals and games together. The house features a bedroom with a double bed and another room with a bunk bed and direct access to the garden. A separate apartment with a double bed, kitchenette, and private bathroom completes the offering, ideal for additional guests or those seeking more privacy. Parking is available right next to the house. This holiday home combines comfort, tranquility, and an excellent location for a relaxing North Sea vacation.
