The harbor and beach are just a few minutes away (approximately 10-15 minutes).

The Mahlbusen (lake), a skate park, and a mini-golf course are all within a 10-15 minute walk.

The apartment is located on the first floor.

The bathroom, consisting of a wall-hung toilet, a sink, a towel warmer, and a walk-in shower, was completely renovated in January of this year.

The open-plan kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

Dish soap, a sponge, and two dish towels are provided next to the sink.

The living/dining area includes a glass table with three chairs, a sofa, and an armchair. A TV is wall-mounted.
