As soon as you enter the house, you’re greeted by a spacious, inviting entryway that offers plenty of room to settle in, complete with a coat rack, shoe rack, and mirror. From here, the light-filled living and dining area opens up on your left. Two small steps charmingly mark the transition and highlight the unique architecture. The exposed beam ceiling, warm oak parquet flooring, and a high-quality genuine leather upholstered suite create a cosy atmosphere where socialising and relaxation go hand in hand.

Another small step leads you into the kitchen, which is elegantly separated from the living area yet harmoniously integrated—a social hub for shared cooking evenings.

To the right of the hallway lies the quiet sleeping area with two cosy bedrooms and a bright shower room with a window. A separate guest bathroom and a small utility room with a washing machine and dryer comfortably round out the living space. The bedrooms and the bathroom are equipped with exterior blinds, offering additional comfort.

The large, floor-to-ceiling window in the living room opens onto the sunny, southwest-facing terrace. Here, a beach chair invites you to read in peace, enjoy the sun, or simply relax and unwind. Treat yourself to a cup of East Frisian tea in the afternoon or let the day come to a close in the warm glow of the evening sun. Of course, patio furniture and a grill are provided for your use.

Behind the patio lies the tastefully landscaped, secluded garden—a small haven of relaxation. Bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable garden shed; you’ll also find additional children’s toys there.

The Seehuus is a former fisherman’s cottage that was first mentioned in historical records as early as 1850. During the extensive renovation and modernization, great care was taken to preserve the house’s original charm. The interior combines modern furniture with lovingly restored one-of-a-kind pieces to create a stylish, harmonious overall look. Numerous carefully selected details give the house a very special, personal charm.

Please note that due to the age of the house, the ceiling height of 2.40 m is not consistent throughout. For our younger guests, we offer a constantly updated selection of children’s toys and books—so that they, too, can enjoy a truly varied holiday experience.
