Detached holiday home in Neßmersiel – Ground floor for exclusive use

This offer is aimed at couples and guests seeking peace and quiet who travel during non-school holiday periods and value tranquility, privacy, and convenience—dogs are also welcome.

We personally rent out our SörenHuus and take care of the furnishings, maintenance, and improvements ourselves. This is not an anonymous holiday rental, but a home that we have deliberately designed to be peaceful, uncluttered, and comfortable.

You’ll have exclusive use of our detached holiday home. Only the ground floor is available for rent.

The upper floor remains closed and is not included in the rental.
You’ll be staying alone in the house, with no other guests.

Living & Daily Life on One Level

The following are available to you on the ground floor:

* Bright living and dining area
* Fully equipped kitchen
* Separate bedroom with a double bed (max. 2 permanent sleeping spots)
* A cot is available on the ground floor (free of charge, in addition to the double bed)
* Bathroom on the ground floor

There are intentionally no additional sleeping arrangements, such as sofa beds or extra beds.
Everything is clearly laid out and conveniently on one level—ideal for guests who appreciate short distances and simplicity.

All heaters are equipped with electronic radiator thermostats.

All windows are equipped with exterior blinds and can be completely blacked out.
Insect screens (mesh) are also provided—you can sleep with the windows open without any problems.
