Cozy thatched-roof cottage between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei with a large garden

The holiday rental in our thatched cottage, located between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei, is picturesquely situated
outside the small town of Karby in the Schwansener See Nature Reserve, secluded from
the tourist hustle and bustle and holiday resorts. The beaches in Schönhagen and Schubystrand are just a 20-
-minute bike ride away and, thanks to their gently sloping entry into the water, are ideal for families and
beachcombers.

The spacious holiday apartment features an open-concept living-kitchen area, two bathrooms
, and a very small bedroom on the ground floor. The converted attic houses two larger bedrooms connected by a
loft, as well as a guest bathroom. The apartment is furnished with a
cosy mix of antique and modern wooden furniture.

Our family retreat, Rapps Kate, has been around for over 40 years. This little gem has grown with us and our children, just like the trees in the garden. We hope you’ll feel just as comfortable and at home here as we do.
