I felt completely safe here as a solo female traveler, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is peaceful, the atmosphere welcoming, and it’s a wonderful base to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and secure getaway. "

"It would be hard to categorise this property. Quirky is a good description. The two bedrooms are absolutely grand, with the most wonderful windows. The main bedroom had a queen and a king bed, as well as a single bed. The second bedroom had a queen bed. If you are looking for 'cookie cutter' modern, this is not it. We absolutely loved the place, and would love to stay there again. There was heaps of room inside, with two very large decks - front and back.The property is within close walking distance of cafe's and shops in the town.We were a group of three adults visiting Bellingen for a 90th birthday celebration. This property is very much in keeping with the architecture and vibe of the town. "

"A family get together (one group from Brisbane, the other from Newcastle), with attractions for two young girls. Description of arrival was good for actual end of GPS direction. The house was well set up for our group, access to playground equipment, chicken watching and gathering the odd egg was enjoyable, the dogs added character! We brought a dog ourselves and that worked well. Great for walking about, talking to cows, chooks, and a glorious view to the mountains. The fireplace worked really well. We didn't use the aircon. in early July. Bellingen is 'Touristy' but worth the 20 minute drive.A worthwhile destination for the family."
