Great friendly wee hotel

The hotel is lovely, spotless, comfy, great beds and best of all has opening windows for actual fresh air!! The car park is payable and there also a city tax on arrival. We even rented a couple of brollies from the machine in reception! It is a short walk to the U-bahn into town and there are a couple of very nice Italian restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast is adequate (it is a budget hotel after all!) and we would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay, very quiet, easy access to Dortmund centre via the Stadt Bahn, very friendly and helpful staff. Great knowledge of English. Wonderful continental style buffet breakfast included in the price. Duvets and shower towels could do with being bigger. But not an issue

A very nice place to stay in a new part of Aplerbeck. We loved the perfect breakfast buffet. Every detail was considered! Amazing. I love the electric water kettle & porcelain mugs for tea or coffee making in the rooms! Wonderful, better than a coffee maker, which leaves us tea drinkers with a terrible taste. The only thing I miss in German hotels in general are washcloths. We have stayed in various Holiday Inn Express hotels, would choose them anytime again. Thank you to a very friendly and helpful staff. Three beautiful restaurants are very close as are an Edeka supermarket and Netto store.
