Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen. Mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und sehr modern. Alles da was man braucht. Von Spülmaschinentabs über Waschmittel, Begrüßungsschokolade und einige Flaschen Wasser. Wir haben so eine Ausstattung noch nicht erlebt. Der Ausblick auf den See ist fabelhaft. Die Vermieterin sehr nett. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Die Wohnung können wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen. Ein toller Ausblick auf den Phönixsee, eine offen gestaltete Wohnung die komfortabel, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an dort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber, Küche und Mobiliar hochwertig/ansprechend. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir einen Obstteller, Blumen und etwas Süßes vor. Jede von uns im Vorfeld gestellte Frage wurde sofort beantwortet. So stellt man es sich vor wenn man willkommen ist. Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle bei der Gastgeberin für alles bedanken und kommen gerne wieder.

Es war einfach alles stimmig. Man glaubte es kaum,es war noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in diesen Unterkunft. Es fehlte an garnichts!!!!! Top lage, Ausstattung und problemlose Abwicklung .

Tolle FeWo mit super Aussicht
Diese Fewo war wirklich nicht zu toppen. Modern und trotzdem gemühtlich eingerichtet. Alles da was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Vermieter nett, aber nicht aufdringlich. Besonderes Highlight was die Dachterrasse, welche besonders Abends gerne genutzt wurde. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen- echt top.

Top Lage und toller Ausblick auf Dortmund
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm in dieser sehr modern und sehr gut ausgestattet Wohnung. Uns war nur nicht bewusst, dass der Schlafplatz für die 3. und 4. Person auf einem Doppel-Luftbett ist, welches man sich selbst im Wohnzimmer aufbauen muss. Also für 2 Personen eine tolle Unterkunft, für 4 Personen mit gewissen Einschränkungen.

Hervorragend !! / Herrlicher Blick auf den Phoenix-See !
Wir haben unseren Kurz-Aufenthalt sehr genossen ! Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und hat einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Phoenix-See. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Sehr gerne mal wieder. Danke !!
