Le plus,de cette location est la tranquillité, au niveau habitat, salle de bain vraiment très petite,et vraiment pas pratique,et avec très peu de conforts.Matelas de bonnes qualités mais toutes les couettes sont trop petites,pour l entre saison trop justes.Par rapport à l annonce pas de sèche linge et de bain a remous .Vaisselles un peu juste pour .Il manque aussi une partie fraiseur ou congélateur

Une semaine de carnaval

De l'arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, nous avons apprécié cette petite maison confortable, bien équipée et au calme. D'autre part, nous venions pour le Gras, le carnaval de Douarnenez et l'avantage de cette maison, c'est qu'elle est proche du centre ville et donc de toutes les activités liées au Gras. Nous avons grandement profité de ce lieu, très agréable. C'était une expérience totalement réussie, et reposante grâce au confort de la maison.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans ce logement à Douarnenez. Tout s’est bien passé et le logement était fonctionnel, répondant à tous nos besoins essentiels. Bien que le logement manquait un peu de caractère, il était bien équipé, ce qui nous a permis de passer un séjour agréable et sans soucis majeurs. Le cadre magnifique de Douarnenez, avec ses plages pittoresques, ses sentiers côtiers et son port charmant, a grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable. De plus, le logement est idéalement situé pour les balades pédestres, et il est facile de prendre la voiture pour aller visiter des endroits plus reculés dans le Finistère.

Bon emplacement et logement adapté

En compétition avec un groupe de trois jeunes nageurs à la piscine de Douarnenez, le logement s'est révélé très bien placé et pratique.

Séjour court et agréable

Mon conjoint, mon chien et moi même avons apprécié nos deux jours chez Marthe. La résidence dans laquelle se situe la maison est calme, le jardin est clôturé, le logement est spacieux, en bref un bon séjour de courte durée à Douarnenez .. Nous la remercions vivement pour sa disponibilité et d'avoir fait une entorse pour avoir accepté notre chien de plus de 40 kilos.

Maison très spacieuse et confortable dans un lotissement très calme, très proche du port de Tréboul.

Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une semaine de très beau temps (du 2 au 9 septembre) et de profiter à la fois de promenades sur le GR34 et de la plage des Sables blancs.

Maison bien située mais...

La maison est assez grande (3 chambres) et Douarnenez est bien situé pour visiter les environs. Le quartier est très calme et le jardin est agréable. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, la propreté de la maison laissait à désirer. La plaque de cuisson était pleine de gras, un vieux morceau de savon traînait dans la baignoire, le sol et les surfaces étaient très poussiéreux. Nous avons donc dû nettoyer avant de nous installer. De plus, les équipements sont très vieillissants. Le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas bien mais heureusement, la propriétaire a rapidement fait intervenir un plombier. La déco et la vaisselle sont très datée également. C'est dommage.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, seul petit bémol, nous y allions pas un mariage et il n'y a pas de miroir dans la maison sauf un tout petit au dessus du lavabo., difficile pour s'apprêter. Cela manque un peu.

Charmante maison à Douarnenez !

Maison agréable avec un jardin bien exposé qui permet d'avoir le soleil jusqu'en début d'après-midi et de pouvoir manger dehors midi et soir. A 15-20 minutes à pied des commerces en tout genre. Parfait pour des vacances en famille !

séjour agréable

séjour très paisible dans cette maison, équipée correctement à l'exception d'un compartiment congélation dans le frigo manquant et par ailleurs d'une télé captant capricieusement certaines chaines. L'emplacement est très agréable, suffisamment proche du centre, sans en avoir les inconvénients( bruit). La propriétaire est très réactive et disponible à nos demandes.
