"This is a beautiful property and our group enjoyed our stay for a wedding weekend. However, we were disappointed by the communication with the host after checkout. We received messages expressing concerns about noise and parking, even though our bridal party left by 10 PM and the neighbors had explicitly approved where we parked. The neighbor was so so nice and we communicated with him multiple times throughout the weekend (he is related to the host) and he told me exactly where I could have cars and what parts of the beach to access or not. We were also asked about pre-existing damage to a bedsheet. While we accidentally dropped a perfume bottle and cleaned it up, we felt the host's other claims regarding the condition of the house were inaccurate. Future guests might want to thoroughly document the home's condition upon check-in to avoid any confusion. It seems like they don’t want larger groups here even when the house accommodates it. Overall, such a lovely stay, just confused with communication after."
