Easiest lake access on the water. Wheelchair accessible. Open the front door and walk on the dock. Master bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed with full bathroom. Second bedroom has 1 queen bed. Third bedroom has 2 full beds. With 65 inch tv. The second full bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms. The loft has twin bunk beds and twin trundle. Located close to Lqkeshore Inn and Marina. 2 decks with a grill and patio set for entertainment that connects to the double dock. Unique top dock with an opening to jump in the water. WiFi and television in each room. Come experience Smith Lake with the zero walk to the dock. All doorways are handicap accessible and a ramp to the porch.

Beautiful home and great proximity to Lakeshore Marina and Restaurant, as well as a convenience store. The only steps were from the top dock to the bottom dock, which was a unique bonus for the Smith Lake area rentals. The quiet location was perfect for my crew who love to kayak. We would definitely stay here again.

We a groomsman fishing trip.

We a groomsman fishing trip from this location as basically somewhere to cook and sleep for the night. The property is very nice with the easiest of access to the 2 story dock which we spent most of our time. 100% would recommend to friends!

Nice quiet getaway.

Nice place, quiet and the lake is at the back door. The loft was a hit with our boy (7). Plenty of space in the house for everyone. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Overall, we weren't there to spend all our time at the house, but the time we got to spend there was enjoyed.

Recently renovated and exceptionally clean home. Two full size bathrooms, three bedrooms and another sleeping area for kids, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, fully staffed kitchen and very nice open plan layout between kitchen, dining and living rooms. Direct access from the house onto the dock was one of the major reasons we picked this place. The upper platform of the dock allowed our sons to do some insane and fun dives. The owner allowed us to use their kayaks, which was a lot of fun. We rented a jet-ski for a day and it was awesome addition to our getaway. We had a blast and definitely would stay at this place again in the future if it will be available.
