Lovely beach view in a cheap and cheerful hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel itself tired and dated. Had to get taps fixed during stay. Breakfast good and great to have a casino on site. Not enough PowerPoints.

The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable with fabulous sea views. Good breakfast buffet and a nice bar. Big plus to have parking right in the middle of Douglas. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is a bit tired and the main restaurant was closed for dinner which we were not informed of when checking in. The staff were friendly and the amenities that were open were lovely. The breakfast was top notch.

The whole place could do with a lick of paint and a bit of modernisation, but nice clean and spacious room, with clean bathroom. Great breakfast with friendly, helpful staff. Nice pool area and big (sports) bar, serving good pub grub. Great sea views from the pool and bar.
