"The kitchen was well stocked and the room was very clean. The decor was fun and and added to the experience. This was my 3rd time staying here and I plan on returning. The self check-in was awkward because the emails the hotel sent that included the door code and other instructions did not arrive until long after we arrived. The staff said they emailed me in the morning."

"There were dirty dishes that needed to be washed before using. There was dirty laundry in a box and hamper in the master bedroom that we later found out was clean but we were NOT going to touch it so couldn't tell if it was actually dirty. The HVAC system was not working and space heaters were provided...but it was AC that we needed. The property is quite unique and certainly FUN being on an airport runway!"

"I had never booked a room that was self check in. The process was pretty easy. The property only has 6 rooms. 1-5 upstairs and 6 on main level. No elevator. The company charges a pretty high fee for paying with credit card. The property is very clean, comfortable beds and feels safe. Refrigerator in room but no microwave. We would definitely stay at this property again. "

"Lovely property! Welcoming and comfortable. Beautiful amenities and decorative accents throughout. Text received prior to checkin contained all essential information and was explicit in its instructions for parking and hotel access. "

"This property has NO parking. You must park down below by the nearest shops. I had to pay for an overnight parking down below the property and across the street at the paid parking lot as that was the closest available. I had to lug my heavy luggage uphill towards the property. This property had NO air conditioning in the room, only a small desk fan. Both of those accommodations were advertised in Hotels.com as available. Not sure if that is a HOTELS.COM mistake, but that was false advertising, nonetheless. There was also NO hair dryer in the room. "

"We stayed one night in room 103. Most windows were covered with plexiglas, unable to open shades. There was no city view. Breakfast is a mini refrigerator in hall way. No thermostat to control AC. On the good side is bed was comfortable, location great."

"This is a 1908 Historic boarding home. Great Bisbee location. Easy walk to Main St for food and shopping. Owners sent very clear check in and driving instructions . Check in was easy. Owner/ manager was very nice and its a plus have a beer/ wine “ speakeasy “ on site. Morning coffee was delicious. Downside is the property has not been renovated much. Our room was sparsely furnished. No bedside tables or lamps. The mattress was really soft. Be aware that due to” historic” plumbing, hot water takes many minutes. I finally just took a cold shower. Fun place if you are up for a flash to the past, "
