Appartement bien situé avec jolie vue sur le lac. Communication très fluide avec le concierge et indications très précises.En revanche, le rapport qualité / prix n’est pas bon: le logement n’est pas du tout entretenu (beaucoup d’endroits abîmés, pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas, fissure sur le miroir d’une des chambres, traces de moisissure,…), le ménage n’était pas fait correctement, sans parler des parties communes et de l’insonorisation inexistante, certes pas propres au logement mais qui ne justifient pas un tel prix. Par ailleurs nous avons eu l’occasion de visiter l’appartement d’en face beaucoup mieux équipé et entretenu et affiché au même tarif.

Het appartement was compleet, en netjes met uitzondering van de douchecabine.We hadden een fantastisch uitzicht dat ons verblijf prettig maakte. Wat ons tegenviel was de algehele staat van de woning, de tuin was niet onderhouden en is nu opslag van overbodig inventaris. Het buitenschilderwerk is in slechte conditie, de luiken bladderen af. Jammer want het kan een nog mooiere plek worden om te verblijven. Schoonmaak binnenzijde appartement was verder prima!! Douchecabine heeft diepte reiniging nodig vanwege schimmelaanslag, oranje aanslag. Als laatste vonden wij het trappenhuis erg vuil.

Der See, die Wohnung, die vielen französischen Großfamilien direkt am See waren einfach bezaubernd.
