The Lakehouse Annecy

This 5* house is set over 3 floors - lounge, dining, kitchen , TV room and 9 double bedrooms are available.

The house offers stunning light and airy open plan living spaces, a large dining table and an American style modern kitchen fully equipped to cater for 15/18.
The lounge has 3 large sofas surrounding a fireplace and large bay windows onto the garden, front terraces and the lake.

A separate TV / sitting room has a table football and is a great snug place for kids and teens and leads onto a back terrace with ping pong table and outdoor furniture.

All the bedrooms are spacious and elegantly decorated all with views on the lake or the river. Most bedrooms have A/C, their own en-suite bathrooms and 6 have TVs :

Ground floor : 4 double bedrooms, split in 2 areas:
- 1 double bedroom with full Italian en-suite, A/C
- 1 separate family sleeping area with 1 large king size bedroom (A/C) with family en-suite bathroom, 2 rooms with 2 single beds (A/C)
1st floor:
- 3 double bedrooms with full en-suite, A/C, TV and either lake or river views
- 1 room with bunk beds all with A/C and TV
2nd floor:
- 1 Large studio with King size bed, lounge area, full bathroom with bath and shower, kitchenette, TV and A/C (sofa bed also available)

The forecourt parks 4/5 cars and a large garage is available to park bikes, cars and sports equipment.
The house has a mooring buoy which can be rented at an extra cost.

The boat ferry in summer departs from the nearby restaurant "chez ma Cousine", which tours the lake and takes you into Annecy town and the lakeside villages.

The outdoor spaces consist of a large stone terrace and green lawn area leading onto the water side terrace and ponton. There are plenty of sun loungers, 5 paddle boards available for the guests and 2 large outdoor dining areas with BBQ and outdoor fridge to relax and enjoy al fresco meals. A recent addition of a hot tub completes an all year round experience for the colder months.

* French law requires access must be granted to the public along the waterfront edge and that a member of the public may cross the property's grounds.
* A holiday insurance is compulsory
