  • Ideally located at the end of Lake Annecy in the charming hamlet of Verthier, enjoy a peaceful and panoramic location with quick access to the lake (beach at 1.5 Kms), and to the free flight site of Doussard (landing at 1.2 Kms) .
    Its immediate proximity to the greenway (at 0.3 km), the reserve of the Bout du Lac (at 0.7km) the hiking routes (Gr ) will delight nature or heritage lovers as well as sports or idleness enthusiasts ....
    Shops and the town centre are 1.5 Kms away.
    You can enjoy a fully equipped outdoor relaxation kitchen area located at the foot of the apartment.
    The lake can be reached on foot in about twenty minutes by crossing the nature reserve by a path or by the greenway, by bike less than 10 minutes are necessary.
    The Gr of the tour of the Lake passes at the foot of the accommodation crossing the historic heart of the village and taking the listed bridge which spans the dead water, the main tributary of Lake Annecy.
    From the accommodation many walks for all levels are possible and cyclists will be able to tackle passes and make magnificent circuits.
