In Tasmania’s South East, this brand new home has magnificent sea views over Dover and Port Esperance. Whether you are travelling through or meeting up with friends and/or family you are bound to enjoy this amazing location.

My favourite thing is to sit on the deck with a cold drink and just watch the world go by, however if you prefer to see local attractions, Dover gives easy access to Tahune Airwalk, Hastings Caves and Cockle Creek, to name but a few…. So check out what’s ‘Beyond the View’

The space
The big prize with this property is the magnificent deck, with access either via the main bedroom or the dining area. There’s no better place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or maybe something stronger while you look out at unobstructed views over Dover, Port Esperance and the islands of Faith, Hope & Charity.

Watch out during the evenings as it’s not unusual to see Wallabies wandering around in the back yard (though we can’t guarantee when they will be out). Also you may get woken in the morning as the Kookaburras call out, letting everyone know that they are awake, so why shouldn’t you be.

Please note that while you are free to use the backyard, it is still a work in progress.
