"Terrible. They ran out of towels. So we had no clean dry towels. A bag of chips was dumped and crushed on the sofa when we first arrived. Nothing was clean. Had to beg for sheets and pillows. The bathroom was disgusting. No hand soap either. The toilet seat was brown. I could’ve barfed. Then the riff raft at night, people screaming, doors slamming. We paid for two nights and left after one. How do I go about a refund?? Also the pool had so much stuff floating in it. You can’t even swim there. "

"First and last stay at a Bally’s: Hallways and room had a strong musty odor. Fitness center equipment rundown and poorly equipped. Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance (water drained) with no notice. Parking was shared with casino so you have to walk through people smoking and drinking alcohol getting ready to go into casino. Make no mistake this was a casino with a hotel attached. "
