"Hidden gem in the heart of downtown Asheville! The quaint flat is super charming and has everything you'd need to feel comfortable during your stay. It's located in a commercial/residential mixed building and my sister and I felt very safe in and around the unit. We loved the convenience of being able to walk to our outings and avoided parking in the sometimes hectic downtown area. We will definitely be back again soon! "

"The pictures are very accurate and the location is great in terms of walkability and proximity to things. The only ding on the location is the occasional unhoused person in the lane but they didn’t cause any trouble (and that’s a sad reality of downtown Asheville). The thoughtful amenities and snacks at the property were fantastic. The hosts thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again. "

"This is an amazing spot in the heart of Asheville, within easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and shopping (East Fork Pottery is right around the corner!) Our host Mike was responsive at every turn - even arranging for an electrician to come when the power went out in the building late in the evening while we were there. Power was back on within an hour! Clean, modern and stylish, this is probably the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Would absolutely recommend!"

"Our top flight loft was cool modern with city views and within a few blocks of highly rated, and dog friendly, restaurants. It’s a great walkable city. Then there are the mountains! About 2 miles from our pad, we drove up Town Mountain and then connected with Elk Mountain Scenic Parkway completing this mountain loop in about an hour. We also drove 45 min on the Blue Ridge Pkwy to Craggy Gardens near Mt Mitchell. Not listing all the wineries we visited. So very relaxing times and vistas to...

"Great hotel option for downtown Asheville. Easy walk to dining and bars. The staff at this location were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and happy to be there. I call this out because it was so refreshing! Our room was spotless and almost sterile which is great for a pet friendly hotel. Parking was easy as well. The nice touch award was the eucalyptus shower steamer pod available in the morning! Will come back. "
